Industrial Medical Oxygen Plant
We manufacture and supply oxygen plants to meet the needs of medical and industrial applications. Our oxygen gas plant is constructed using ASME-certified materials and world-class components from leading EU original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Our quality is assessed according to EU standards to ensure superior performance, reliability, and durability. Our air separation column is made of 100% German stainless steel and argon-welded. Thanks to state-of-the-art deep-quenching technology, our oxygen plant produces oxygen with a purity of up to 99.7%, sufficient for all types of applications, including medical ones. Key uses include the steel, chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, paper and pulp, glass and ceramics, and other industries.

Nitrogen is a non-flammable air gas that forms 78% of the earth's atmosphere.
Valued for its inert properties in its gaseous form, nitrogen displaces air and therefore, reduces or eliminates the oxidation of materials. It is also used as an assist gas for laser cutting. Given the extremely low temperatures of its liquid state, nitrogen is an ideal gas for cryogenic cooling and freezing.
Nitrogen can be used in virtually any industry to improve yields and optimize performance. It enables the safe storage and use of flammables and prevents the explosion of combustibles. In addition, nitrogen improves the quality and shelf-life of air-sensitive materials such as food, pharmaceuticals and electronic products.

Acetylene Gas Plant
We manufacture acetylene gas plants using materials certified by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) to ensure robust performance and durability. The acetylene gas production process relies on a chemical reaction involving calcium carbide and water. This reaction generates a significant amount of heat and calcium hydroxide. The heat is controlled using water to prevent fires or explosions. Our plants are manufactured using only high-quality components sourced from leading companies in the industry. The manufacturing process adheres to internationally recognized standards and best practices. The advantages of our plants extend beyond their use of state-of-the-art technology; they can be fully customized to meet customer requirements and specifications. The plants are fully automated, controlled by pneumatic valves and sensors.
